IRRE Group was founded in 2015 by Mark A. Moore. The company vision has been to provide exceptional customer service in the field of real estate sales and marketing by combining a talented group of professionals with diverse career paths and backgrounds. The knowledge of the real estate market, land planning, construction, banking, valuations and architecture are what set us apart from the other brokerage firms in Florida. IRRE Group has associates from Miami to Melbourne and has closed hundreds of real estate and business transactions since 2015. Our team of real estate professionals has extensive experience in the fields of agriculture, construction, finance, banking, architecture, land planning, development, real estate valuations, consulting, community management, journalism and marketing. IRRE Group was originally formed in Indian River County but has expanded into Martin, Saint Lucie, Okeechobee, Brevard, Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties. Mark A. Moore is the principal broker of Indian River Real Estate Group LLC.  Mark is a graduate of University of Florida where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Mark is a licensed Real Estate Broker, CAM (Community Association Manager) and a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. Mark specializes in commercial and residential real estate brokerage and works as an independent real estate consultant for national banks, government agencies and real estate investors.  Mark founded IRRE Group in 2015 and since that time IRRE Group has successfully closed over $350,000,000 in real estate transactions and continues to expand. With a diverse backgrounding in real estate sales, valuations, management and investing, Mark is regarded as one of the most knowledge and hard working real estate professionals on the Treasure Coast. 


Mark resides in Vero Beach, Florida with his three children and his wife, Lisa. Outside of work he serves his community as a volunteer youth soccer coach with Indian River Soccer Association and participates in various local charity events.  His organizations of interest include Hibiscus House, Heathcoat Botanical Gardens, Ducks Unlimited, March of Dimes, NWTF and CCA.

Tim Stieren

Tim Stieren made the transition to real estate full time in 2016.  Prior to this he traded and managed money in the futures market for private clients and funds as the owner and operator of Stieren Trading, LLC. and Stieren Global, LLC for more than a decade.   Tim personally made his first real estate investment in 2008.  Seeing the investment potential in real estate and the flexibility to be more family friendly, he has fully transitioned into this new adventure and real estate career.  Tim is a licensed real estate associate and candidate member of CCIM.  He has extensive knowledge of northern Palm Beach County and Investment properties throughout Florida.


Tim lives with his wife, Christina, two children, and dog in Palm Beach Gardens.  He enjoys spending time with his children exploring the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and going to the theatre with his wife.  He is a member of Ducks Unlimited, NWTF, United Waterfowlers FL, and the Young Friends of the Kravis Center.   Tim also understands the importance of giving back to the community including donating various charities, one of his favorites being the Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches.

Steven Hildebrandt

Steven Hildebrandt is a REALTOR® that is 100% committed to his clients, whether they are listing or purchasing properties. Candace is a highly regarded real estate professional who offers a wealth of knowledge and services with a friendly, personal approach, working 24/7 to exceed her client’s expectations and satisfaction. Simply put, Candace loves making real estate dreams come true.

Since her FREC licensure in 1986, Candace has closed countless real estate transactions in the residential, luxury, commercial, development and investment property markets in Vero Beach and throughout the State of Florida working closely with thousands of clients from first-time home buyers to publicly traded companies.

Some of Candace’s most noteworthy local real estate transactions include the sale of Costa d’Este to Gloria and Emilio Estefan, Vero Beach Hotel & Spa to The Heaton Companies, Falcon Trace to GL Homes for development, land for Publix development at US1 & 53rd Street and SR 60 & 82nd Avenue, among many others.

Pete Salitore

Pete Salitore is a Realtor that goes the extra mile in giving his clients his honest and skilled approach to real estate investing and homeownership.   As a teenager, Pete decided he wanted to be a real estate agent and since then, has not stopped in his pursuit of knowledge in all areas of real estate.

Pete began his career as a real estate Broker in 1999 on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. He consistently performed in the top 3-5% of all agents in his area.  He also retired from the US Air Force National Guard after 21 years of service.  Most of his time in the military was spent as a member of the Virginia 203rdRed Horse Construction Unit.  Pete follows the Air Force core values, “Integrity first, service before self, and excellence in all we do” in all his endeavors.

Pete recently obtained his 620 Property Adjuster’s License. He spent a year in Puerto Rico as a commercial adjuster following Hurricane Maria.  With his background in construction and adjusting, he uses a proactive approach to identify potential obstacles. His goal is to protect his clients’ best interests.

Pete lives in Brevard County with his wife Kristen and three children. He enjoys surfing and traveling.  In addition, he spends his time volunteering for Christ in Action projects following major storms and local church related volunteer work.
