Mark A. Moore is the principal broker of Indian River Real Estate Group LLC. Mark is a graduate of University of Florida where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Mark is a licensed Real Estate Broker, CAM (Community Association Manager) and a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. Mark specializes in commercial and residential real estate brokerage and works as an independent real estate consultant for national banks, government agencies and real estate investors. Mark founded IRRE Group in 2015 and since that time IRRE Group has successfully closed over $350,000,000 in real estate transactions and continues to expand. Tim Stieren made the transition to real estate full time in 2016. Prior to this he traded and managed money in the futures market for private clients and funds as the owner and operator of Stieren Trading, LLC. and Stieren Global, LLC for more than a decade. Tim personally made his first real estate investment in 2008. Seeing the investment potential in real estate and the flexibility to be more family friendly, he has fully transitioned into this new adventure and real estate career. Tim is a licensed real estate associate and candidate member of CCIM. He has extensive knowledge of northern Palm Beach County and Investment properties throughout Florida.
Tim lives with his wife, Christina, two children, and dog in Palm Beach Gardens. He enjoys spending time with his children exploring the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and going to the theatre with his wife. Craig Parham is an Air Force veteran and formerly a top producing sales agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty. His real estate experience includes Property Management, Residential Real Estate Appraisal (Oklahoma), and Commercial Real Estate Appraisal (Florida State Registered Trainee Appraiser). Elena Monica-Hayes has a real estate career that spans over twenty-five years. Elena began listing and selling real estate in Miami Beach, Florida with the Sotheby’s brand in 1996. Apprenticing with two of the top brokers in the US, Elena quickly rose to Sotheby’s Winner’s Circle within a year. Elena specialized in selling single family homes and new construction sales, working with both developers and the general public. In 2003 Elena was hired as the Director of Sales, managing over five-hundred active agents, for the largest privately own real estate company in Florida, Beachfront Realty, located in North Miami Beach.
In 2010 Elena moved to Vero Beach, FL with her four children and went to work for the Sotheby’s office in Vero Beach as their Director of Business and Brand Development. Elena was tasked with widening the Sotheby’s brand awareness on the Treasure coast, and training and recruiting agents.
While continuing to sell real estate, Elena has broadened her personal and professional scope. Elena is entering into her PhD work in Mind Body Medicine while continuing to keep her pulse on the local real estate market. Elena’s core values of success with humility, being of service to others, and family are the principals that drive her in both her professional and personal life. Elena is a member of several not for profit organizations and serves on two Boards. Elena resides in Vero Beach with her husband, Tobias, her twin 16 year olds and her dog Max.
